Join Artist Brittany Markert - Storyteller, Darkroom Printer, Photographer & 16mm Filmmaker of In Rooms on Saturday October 12th, 2019 in Los Angeles, CA at Lethal Amounts Gallery.
Exploring topics of the surrealist art movement, Jungian shadow work and mental health, Brittany will share her history and personal philosophy on photography and cultivating intention and ideas within her artistic practice. With a selection of prints and references to Brittany's personal mentors and inspiration, learn the process behind some of In Rooms most iconic work.
The segment will conclude with a preview of new unpublished works, a Q&A and meet and greet with the artist and participants. You are encouraged to walk away with a new friend, collaborator, penpal, etc.
