As soon as the purchase price is paid in full, you will become the legal owner of the Artwork and, upon such payment, you will be responsible for the Artwork and the risk of damage to or loss of the Artwork will pass to you.
You may not produce any image of the Artwork and may not, at any time, publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of the Artwork to any third party, including any internet website for any purpose.
No Refunds.
All print sales are final. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances or a change to any order.
Shipping.
All print orders are shipped with tracking. We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail or after delivery. It is your responsibility to follow up on tracking provided to you and contact the postal services for any questions. That being said, we can consider extraneous circumstances on a case by case basis. Please feel free to email inroomsinfo@gmail.com .
In the event that your print order is damaged during shipping, please provide clear photos for submission to the mailing service insurance and another print will be shipped out to you with no additional charge.
